The intrinsically safe dc power supply for mine is the most widely used power supply device for mine electronic equipment,the performance of power supply is related to the production safety of the whole mine.In the aspect of the research of the intrinsically safe power supply,our country pays more attention to the research of the performance of the intrinsically safe power supply.There are few researches on the detection methods and devices for the performance of the intrinsically safe power supply.With the continuous improvement of the output and application of the safe power supply,it is of great significance to research and design a test system with high reliability,test accuracy,cost performance,and a high degree of automation for the safe power supply.This paper mainly carries out the following work:(1)according to the national coal industry-stan dard MT/T 1078-2008,SJ/T 11432-2012 standard requirements,the study identified included in the performance evaluation of the intrinsically safe power supply input and output performance,transient response test,measurement source effect and load effect,stability test,and switch machine performance testing,pressure limiting current limiting protection test and standby power performance test 7 test items,1 5 main test parameters and test methods.(2)According to the test requirements of the performance test of the intrinsically secure power supply,the hardware requirements of the system are analyzed.Based on the virtual instrument technology,a hardware platform consisting of the program-controlled ac power supply excitation module,electronic load loading module,digital oscilloscope,sensor,acquisition card test module and pxi bus host is constructed.The design and manufacture of PXI host,acquisition card,digital oscilloscope,electronic load,sensor,switch controller,interface adapter and signal conditioning circuit were completed.(3)based on the function of the testing software,system software requirements analysis of the test,choose Labview2017 as system software development platform,using process-oriented and component-oriented programming method developed in the power supply test system software,the software implements the external instrument control and data read,test signal acquisition and processing,the management of the test data and test report automatically generated,and other functions.Program operation control is realized by using state machine structure,through Labview VISA function and instrument standard command(SCPI)joint realization digital oscilloscope and the external instruments,such as electronic load control,according to the characteristics of signal selection signal way of truncation,rai of the criterion is adopted to improve the abnormal data,using the pulse interference composite filter method to filter the sampling data,adopts the Tdms flow method for data storage management.(4)the static characteristics of the test system were analyzed through static calibration experiments,and the main static characteristic indexes of the system were found to be 0.983 in sensitivity,1.364%in nonlinearity,2.260%in return error,0.966% in repeatability,and 3.661%in accuracy.The dynamic characteristics of the test system were analyzed by combining experiments and system identification.The hypothesis model was determined based on the experimental data of step response,the parameters of the hypothesis model were estimated by the least square method,and the hypothesis model was tested by the period diagram test method.The test results showed that the confidence of the order and parameter estimation of the system was 99%.According to the established mathematical model,through frequency response experiments,The oscilloscope frequency response function operating frequency range of the test system are obtained to be 0≤ω1≤144.93rad/s,The measurement channel of the operating frequency range is 0≤ω2≤11.76rad/s.(5)verify the main functions of the test system through experiments.The results show that the intrinsically safe power supply performance test system developed in this paper can meet the requirements of national coal industry standard MT/t1078-2008.
