Handle pressure distribution measurement system enable companies to design handle, will reduce the hand and arm injuries, also makes tools more comfortable and work more effectively.We designed handle pressure distribution measurement system, its principle is multiple of piezoresistive sensor real time data collection, use data collection card collect these pressure sensor voltage signal and then transmit to the computer using the LabVIEW software to program software systems to achieve signal processing, real-time display. The main work and achievements of this paper is as follows:1. In order to meet the high-precision pressure data collection, choose thin-film-type resistance sensor, through the sensor parameters, introduction sensor principles, Designed related data acquisition amplifier circuit for acquisition and amplify the signal, through data collection card with a computer connected to for data reception.2. Designed the system's software, including display, storage, playback modules. Filtering the collected signals, through the signal storage and playback module, the signal is stored in order to off-line analysis.3.
