The location of construction waste treatment plant is a very important part of construction waste recycling strategy. There are many factors influencing the site planning of construction waste treatment plant, such as the demand point, supply, maximum treatment amount of the treatment plant, the amount of waste generated in the area, transportation cost, etc. If you do not consider carefully and ignore the uncertain factors,it is easy to cause security accidents and lead to site selection failure. To this end, this paper introduces a robust optimization model, determines uncertain parameters and distribution ranges, and establishes an effective location optimization model. The research conclusion shows:(1)Assuming that the cost of construction waste treatment is determined, with the amount of construction waste generated as an uncertain parameter and the minimum cost as the goal, build a robust optimization model based on the amount of construction waste generated.By introducing the strong duality theorem, using mathematical mixed integer programming to transform, the difficult model is transformed into a linear solveable programming;and using the enumeration method and kelly's cut plane method to solve the optimal function value, the robust optimization and the The objective function values ??of the method are: 15824.8,15628.5,to verify the effectiveness of the robust model;through the time analysis of the solution model and the value of the variable parameter ?,the efficiency of the robust optimization model and the solution satisfaction of the robust optimization are verified Processing plant service needs.(2)Assuming that the supply of construction waste transfer station and the unit transportation cost of construction waste are two uncertain parameters in a bounded closed area, two robust models of uncertain parameters are established respectively; The goal is to minimize the total cost of site selection, and establish a robust site selection model that includes both supply and transportation costs. The mathematical formula is used for proof and equivalent transformation, and the MATLAB editing program is used to solve. The results show that the supply of the transfer station at the construction waste has a greater impact on the uncertainty of the transportation cost;the total cost of the site selection of the treatment plant and the location allocation plan More sensitive to changes in waste supply.(3)By analyzing the combined value of uncertain level parameters, when the fluctuation ratio of the construction waste supply is 2%,7%,and 10%,it corresponds to the effect of the optimal total cost and ?.The results show that as the value of the uncertainty level parameter increases, the optimal total cost and ? value become larger.By discussing the case where the value of ? becomes larger, the results reveal that the stability of the robust model solution is directly related to the total cost of the optimal cost.Corresponding in practice, construction waste treatment plants have to increase their costs to avoid risks.(4)Through MATLAB programming, the distribution of construction waste transfer station and the layout of the treatment plant at the optimal cost;analyzing the optimal layoutat the optimal cost,it can be concluded that the current treatment plant scale in Guangzhou is not satisfactory Actual requirements, the construction of a scientific and reasonable waste disposal network should also consider the layout of transit stations. The research in this paper can provide a scientific and effective method for the location of construction waste treatment plants, and help decision makers to choose appropriate parameters according to the degree of risk preference to obtain the most optimal site plan;enrich the location of construction waste treatment plants Theories provide reference for decision makers in site selection of construction waste treatment plants.
