Construction activities play a key role in China's economic development,but also caused a large number of construction waste.It not only seriously destroys the ecological environment,but also brings safety hidden danger to people's production and life.Inevitably,the construction waste disposal facilities need to be planned and built.Transfer and disposal is an important part of scientific management of construction waste,which directly affects the overall operation efficiency of recycling network system.But in the construction waste transfer and treatment link,the sorting transfer station and the resource treatment plant have the pivotal position,the improper site selection plan will greatly increase the construction waste transportation and the treatment expense,affects the city appearance market appearance.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the decision-making of site selection of construction waste sorting transit station and resource treatment plant,and constructs a scientific and reasonable model of site selection planning.This paper mainly discusses from the following aspects: first,it introduces the research background and significance in detail,summarizes the innovation and deficiency of the existing research on the basis of analyzing the relevant literature at home and abroad,and puts forward the problems to be studied.Secondly,the theoretical basis of node layout of construction waste recycling network is emphatically expounded.Thirdly,combining modern logistics theory with the characteristics of construction waste sorting transfer station and resource treatment plant,the network planning model of construction waste recovery is put forward.Then,the primary selection model of construction waste sorting transfer station is constructed,which is composed of set coverage model and analytic hierarchy process model,that is,using set coverage model to select the location of sorting transfer station,to determine several options,and then to extract the main factors affecting the location of sorting transfer station.In addition,based on the traditional total cost minimization by defining a new negative function of social environment,the dual-objective site planning model of construction waste recycling treatment plant with minimum total cost and minimum negative social environment is constructed,and the corresponding multi-objective genetic optimization algorithm is designed according to the characteristics of the model.Finally,the author puts forward the enlightenment of this paper in management,and makes a prospect for the future research.
