Research On The Impact Mechanism Of Environmental Regulation On The Industrial Inventory Of Guangdong Province

In recent years,as the climate continues to warm and the industrial structure is still in the continuous stage of transformation and upgrading,the number of haze days in China remains high,and the atmospheric environment continues to deteriorate.As a result,our country has strengthened environmental regulations,and people pay more and more attention to the quality of the air environment on which they live,so the industrial companies are under pressure,which are major air pollution producers.While Guangdong’s economy continues to develop at a high speed,it is also accompanied by increasingly severe environmental problems,but will air pollution adversely affect the production and operation of enterprises?What measures can the government take to mitigate this effect? What impact will these measures in turn have on the development of the industrial economy and industrial enterprises that cause severe air pollution? Studying these issues is of great theoretical significance and practical value for clarifying the relationship between air pollution and environmental regulations and enterprise development,identifying specific ways and dynamic effects that affect the production of enterprises,and then putting forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Because air pollution and environmental regulations have the closest relationship with industrial enterprises,they have little impact on agriculture and service industry,and domestic industrial inventory accounts for more than 70% of the total inventory.Therefore,the inventory problem is mainly for industrial enterprises.And different from the inventory research of a single enterprise or multiple companies in the supply chain,this paper mainly studies the effect of environmental regulations on the overall industrial enterprise inventory in Guangdong Province.First of all,based on(S,s)inventory model and the factors affecting inventory,such as inventory demand,lead time,and capital cost of holding inventory,this paper are theoretically analyzed for the interaction between air pollution and environmental regulations and the industrial inventory of Guangdong Province.Secondly,based on the theoretical analysis,taking the variables of industrial added value,industrial pollution control investment,air pollution,transportation infrastructure investment,technology investment,and industrial enterprise inventory as research objects.The VAR model is constructed to empirically study the dynamic effect and mechanism of environmental regulation on the industrial inventory of Guangdong Province.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,this paper constructs a system dynamic model of the effect of air pollution and environmental regulation on the industrial inventory.And the relevant data of GuangdongProvince from 2006 to 2018 are used for simulation analysis to studies the effects of emission reduction policy,industrial pollution control investment,transportation infrastructure investment,and technology investment on the industrial inventory and industrial economy of Guangdong Province in different scenarios.According to the conclusions of the above studies,the scientific and effective policy suggestions are proposed for reducing the inventory of industrial enterprises,promoting the long-term development of the industrial economy,and achieving the win-win situation for environment protection and economic development from the perspective of environmental regulations and related investment policies.
