In the process of cement production,the raw material batching station is the quality assurance link for raw materials before grinding.The quality of the ingredients will directly lead to the control quality of the subsequent cement production and directly affect the output and quality of raw materials and clinker.However,in the process of controlling the production of raw meal ingredients,it often has the characteristics of lag,nonlinearity,serious interference,and large parameter changes.The control methods such as manual control or simple PID regulator are difficult to adapt to complex working conditions,and the control effect is poor.This article focuses on the specific process flow and working principle of the clay belt scale batching system in the raw material batching system of a cement plant in Fuping.Based on the analysis of the actual working conditions on site,the reasons that affect the instability of the clay belt scale cutting are determined.Combined with the traditional PID controller algorithm and parameter setting method used on site,the PID adjustment algorithm for the flow control of the clay belt scale was improved,and a batching control system scheme based on fuzzy PID parameter self-tuning was designed.Through the research of fuzzy control theory,the block diagram of fuzzy control structure is given.Determine the structure of the fuzzy controller,select a Gaussian membership function,establish a fuzzy control lookup table,and use mathematical analysis to analyze the mathematical model of the control object of the raw material batching system.Compare the PID controller and the fuzzy PID controller in the MATLAB simulation environment Two modes,combined with the simulation results,can be concluded that the effect of PID controller based on fuzzy control is better than traditional PID controller.In this design,the high-quality Quantum series PLC launched by Tianjin Schneider Co.,Ltd.is used as the main controller.The upper monitoring screen of the raw material batching station uses CITECT software that communicates with the Quantum system PLC.The topological structure of the ring network of devices,field devices,and host computers.Through the study of this system,fuzzy PID control is applied to the clay batching system.The analysis of the data collected by the field monitoring shows that the fuzzy PID control of the clay batching system is more stable,smaller,and more accurate than the traditional PID control.
