| With the outbreak of serious environmental problems in China in recent years,the awareness of environmental protection has gradually increased,and the concept of sustainable green economy has become popular among the people.As a result,the environmental protection industry has come to the public and received more attention.The environmental protection industry has benefited from relevant national policy support,and the market demand for the industry has continued to expand,gradually forming a huge industrial chain,and the scale of various environmental protection companies has grown rapidly.But as one of the sectors that has been regarded as the most optimistic in the investment community,the industry facing a major test: the overall market value of the domestic environmental protection sector has shrunk by about 45% last year,difficulties in corporate direct financing increased and profit growth was negative,the overall trend is declining,and due to the large amount of investment in the previous period,the cash flow has tightened.Faced with this situation,every company in the industry has begun to think more deeply about its own business development,and the industry’s large-scale business transformation is brewing.As a benchmark company of the environmental protection industry,Tus EST has embarked on the road of operational business transformation in the early stage of a dramatic change in the industry’s operating environment.Therefore,this article uses it as a case analysis object,mainly adopting case analysis methods and literature research methods,and summarizes the existing theories about the relationship between business transformation and financial strategy.Based on the interaction between the two,it is an entry point for the financial strategy in Tus EST starting from 2014.The implementation effect of the company’s performance is analyzed,revealing whether the financial strategy of the enterprise during the transition period effectively supports the smooth completion of the transition and achieves the company’s long-term development,Besides,according to corresponding financial strategy of improvement measures to provide reference for other transformation companies in the environmental industry.During the research,the paper summarizes the company’s investment strategy,financing strategy,profit distribution and capital strategy to explore the financial and nonfinancial effects of the company’s specific financial strategy,then finds that the Tus EST environment as a traditional investment-driven engineering companies,although they have achieved certain results: the overall financial status is better,various sub-sectors of the operating category form a competitive position,the implementation of financial strategy is too aggressive,there are still problems in the adaptation,leading to increased financial risks and a decline in profitability and operating capacity.According to the relevant experience of the Tus EST environment,some revelations are summarized: during the process of enterprise transformation,the company should grasp the opportunity,clear direction of transformation to make the business transformation smooth;we should actively expand financing channels to meet the needs of transformation funds and give some suggestions for the relevant problems of the enlightenment environment in the specific implementation of the financial strategy.the expansion speed of company should be slowed down and the resource utilization capacity should be improved;pay close attention to financial risks and ensure the safety and stability of the capital chain. |
