In 1987,"Our Common Future" first proposed the concept of sustainable development including economic prosperity,environmental quality and social equity.In terms of sustainable development,countries around the world have achieved some results.In 1999,the United Nations report on human development mentioned that global economic growth would hinder ecological balance and social progress,human behavior and the ideal state of sustainable development.unbalanced development.The extensive economic development has brought unprecedented levels of environmental pollution.Pollutants eventually flow into our living environment,with serious consequences such as reduced air quality and the greenhouse effect.In promoting the reform of the ecological civilization system,the vein industry,which is characterized by low consumption,low emissions,and high efficiency,has received the attention of the state and local governments.The vein industry,which focuses on resource recycling,has been recognized by the country and has been added to the strategy Sex emerging industries directory.As the level of GDP development is related to the level of environmental performance,in order to achieve a harmonious and stable social balance,all sectors of society are paying attention to improving environmental performance and adopting connotative development.Based on the background,purpose,and significance of research related to the environmental performance evaluation of the venous industry,this paper uses the Citespace to comb the literature on the current research status of the venous industry at home and abroad and the environmental performance evaluation research.At the same time,it expounds the related theoretical foundations,briefly explains the four evaluation methods of environmental performance,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods,leading to the necessity and feasibility of the in-depth study of this article using the DEA method.In addition,based on the development status of the environmental performance of the vein industry in the three northeast provinces,the SBM model of the DEA method is used to construct an environmental performance evaluation model of the vein industry in the three northeast provinces.The 34 cities in the three northeast provinces have a large environmental impact from2003 to 2017.Perform static level empirical analysis on the environmental performance level of the sample,and use the Tobit method to analyze the factors affecting the environmental performance evaluation of the vein industry.Finally,a dynamic evaluation model for the environmental performance of the venous industry in the three northeastern provinces was established,and Malmquist-Luenberger,a 34prefecture-level city in the three northeastern provinces from 2003 to 2017,was divided into economic development stages of the "15th","11th Five-Year" and "10th" The four time intervals of “two five” and “thirteen five” are applied to study the environmental performance evaluation of vein industry.Based on the above empirical analysis results,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for theenvironmental performance evaluation of the vein industry,and the future research directions are expected.
