Many production facilities in the Baoxi Sewage Treatment Plant have not met the current safety construction standards.The problems of backward production processes and insufficient safety management have become increasingly serious.Hidden safety hazards have seriously affected the daily safe production of the Sewage Treatment Plant.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the safety issues of wastewater treatment plants and propose corrective measures.Based on Baoxi wastewater treatment plant safety production status,dangerous chemicals safety unit,the plant production process unit,process equipment units and safety management system can be divided,using qualitative and quantitative risk evaluation on the safety assessment method for the above unit can be adopted.According to the evaluation results of Baoxi sewage treatment,corresponding improvement measures are put forward to improve the plant’s production safety running state.The research shows that the risk factors of the plant were from high to low,followed by hydrochloric acid leakage,excessive biogas concentration,container corrosion and accidental start of maintenance equipment.The major risk factors were hydrochloric acid leakage.The diffusion mode of hydrogen chloride gas is plume diffusion.The leakage amount of hydrochloric acid storage tank is 148.8 kg,the leakage rate is 0.248 kg/s,the sustainable leakage time is 10 min,and the leakage pool radius is 228.37 m.The dangerous diffusion area of hydrogen chloride gas decreases with the increase of wind speed and increases with the increase of leakage..Figure 16;Table 17;Reference 62. |
