Beer project involved a variety of hazardous substances during the production process,preparation process of soft water and pure water, sewage treatment and boilerdesulfurization process, in which generated the potential risk factors including dustexplosion, boiler explosion, fires, poisoning and suffocation. With the promotion of safetyproduction standardization all over the country, the defects in coverage, advantage andadaptability of "The standard of safety assessment of beer production enterprises " havebecome increasingly apparent.Based on above, the paper selected some beer companies as the research objective,and divided into several parts for assessment including building (structure) unit, brewingworkshop unit, packaging workshop unit, electrical equipment unit, instrumentation andautomatic control unit, special equipment unit, fire (including supply and drainage) unit,storage unit, refrigeration station unit, utilities and ancillary facilities unit, the operatingunit. According to the results of hazard identification, the original standards have coveredall links of the production system, but it is weak in the adaptability of actual operation,parts of the standards and regulations are still missing. For example, in the originalstandards, regulation contents for sewage treatment station, the carton warehouse, finishedproducts warehouse were not involved; safety regulation for unloading-grain operation andsaccharification tank were missing; plant special purpose motor vehicle managementsystem and the individual protection system were not applicable; electrical leakageprotection should be installed for all electrical equipments in high humidity environmentwas not mentioned.Though hazard identification analysis,author proposed twelve recommendations forimprovement. On this basis, the original safety standardization system has been optimized,Proposals to improve emergency shutdown system contains ESD-related specifications,saccharification tanks double lock management system, cooling station set room leakedammonia tank, electrical specifications and high humidity environments such as theoriginal content is not covered by the standard.Risk covering might not be perfect, as aresult this article could only be a theoretical analysis and provided a reference forformulating and revising safety production standardization system of beer productionenterprises.
