With the continuous improvement of living standards,toilets have gradually entered every household.However,there are serious problems in the water consumption of toilets on the market,and most of them do not meet the standard of 6.4L for a single flush.Therefore,from the perspective of saving water resources,it is necessary to control the water consumption and optimize the structure of the commonly used siphon toilets.By studying the working principle of the siphon toilet,the influence of various parameters in the siphon runner on the siphon effect was analyzed.Based on this,the hydromechanical analysis and optimization of the siphon toilet flushing process were carried out,and finally the experimental verification was performed.The specific process was as follows: A siphon toilet simulation model was established using Solid Works,and the model was imported into ICEM to divide the grid,and the grid was input into Fluent for comparative analysis of the flow field before and after model optimization.Finally,the method of experimental verification was used to verify the accuracy and reliability of the numerical calculation results.The main results are as follows: a simulation model of the siphon toilet flushing process is established,and its working process is simulated and solved by using the method of computational fluid dynamics.The SST k-ω turbulence model and VOF gasliquid two-phase flow free-level tracking method is used to numerically analyze the flow field in the siphonic toilet,and multiple sets of comparative data such as pressure field and velocity field are obtained.After sorting and analyzing the data,the influence of speed and pressure distribution on the siphon effect is obtained.The effects of various parameters of the siphon flow channel on the drainage performance are studied,and the effects of the flow rate,negative pressure value and different siphon flow parameters during the flushing process is discussed.Based on this,combined with the Venturi effect,an optimized design method for the siphon flow passage of this siphon toilet is proposed: changing the elevation angle of the flow passage from 27 ° to 31 °,adjusting the bending curvature of the flow passage,and appropriately changing the diameter of the vertical flow passage.(The diameter gradually decreases from 55 mm to 51 mm and then back to 55mm).In the case where the physical environments are consistent,the simulation optimization results performed in the software are consistent with the experimental results under real conditions.This shows that the scheme for optimizing the drainage performance of siphon toilets in this study is feasible.It also shows that it is reasonable to optimize the diameter of the pipe based on the original siphon effect in combination with the Venturi effect,and to find a direction and theoretical support for the diameter change of the siphon flow channel.Figure 50;Table 3;Reference 52...
