With the deepening of economic restructuring,the steel industry is facing challenges and opportunities of the hitherto unknown.How to improve the precision of rolling mill is an important problem in the domestic metallurgical industry.The vibration of rolling mill is an important factor for the quality defects of rolled piece,During the rolling process,the work roll and the rolled piece are contacted directly,and the vibration energy of the whole mill system is concentrated in the roll gap.Therefore,it is necessary to study the vibration characteristics of working rolls.In this paper,the vibration characteristics and coupling mechanism of the vertical and horizontal roll of six roll cold rolling mill are analyzed based on the theory of mechanical static and dynamic.The coupling vibration model of three kinds of properties of the rolling mill work roll was established by considering the roll offset,the hydraulic cylinder system and the rolling process,the influence of different rolling parameters on the vibration characteristics of rolling mill is analyzed.In addition,the nonlinear vibration model of the two degree of freedom of the working roll is established and solved considering the nonlinear factors of the hydraulic cylinder and the roll gap.The research content of this topic is as follows:(1)According to the actual parameters of six roll cold mill,the equivalent mass and equivalent stiffness of each component are calculated.The dynamic model of the vertical vibration of the rolling mill,the horizontal vibration of the work roll and the torsional vibration of the main drive system of the rolling mill are established,the inherent characteristics of each system are solved.(2)The coupling vibration model of three kinds of properties of the rolling mill work roll was established by considering the roll offset,the hydraulic cylinder system and the rolling process.The natural frequency and main vibration mode of the coupled system are obtained.The influence of different rolling parameters on the vibration characteristics of the rolling mill is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of rolling mill vibration measures.(3)Considering the particularity of the working environment of the working roller in the rolling process,a rigid and flexible coupling dynamic model based on ADAMS was established.The vertical and torsional coupling vibration of rolling mill working roll is simulated.The simulation results show that there is vertical torsion coupling vibration at rolling mill working roller and the influence of vertical vibration on torsion vibration is obvious.
