As a pillar industry in national industry,chemical industry plays an important role in national economy.But because of the chemical industry distribution system is more complex,electricity demand is big,such as the presence of these features,makes the power distribution system is vulnerable to lightning strike,insulation damage and operation accidents,causing the grid power supply fluctuation and instantaneous interruption,causes the entire process of chemical production disorders,or even stop production device,brought a major threat to enterprise's safety and production.The biggest function of UPS inverter power is to ensure the stable operation of production equipment even in the state of power failure.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out in-depth research.In this paper,the research and design of UPS inverter is carried out to solve many problems caused by power supply system in chemical industry.Firstly,the topology and mathematical model of UPS inverter are introduced in detail.On this basis,the basic principle and modulation mode of SPWM control technology are studied.At the same time,the unipolarity and bipolarity under open loop control are simulated and analyzed,and the parameters of LC filter are set.Secondly,the double closed loop control,PI control,PR control and repetitive control are studied and compared by simulation.At the same time,the repetitive control has been improved,and finally,the PI control and the improved repetitive control phase combination of double closed-loop composite control scheme,in Simulink to build the main circuit and control circuit simulation model,system simulation,confirmed the feasibility of the composite control algorithm.Finally has carried on the UPS inverter hardware design and software design,at the same time set up with DSP as control core of UPS inverter experimental platform,through the platform test under the compound control algorithm,including with resistance load,capacitive load,and load mutation and nonlinear load,the inverter can output stable sine waveform,visible in this paper,using the compound control algorithm is feasible.
