Meanwhile Scutcher electrical control equipment package also relatively backward, inheritance conventional relay control large and complex, blurred line code line number, electrical fault repair THC, electrical equipment, stop Taiwan for a long time, the production process parameter adjustment inconvenient, equipment low operating efficiency.For original equipment control system Blowing the above problems, this study programmable controller and inverter technology for clear flower plant control system, the design of the Scutcher electrical automation equipment control systems. According to Scutcher linkage control integrated package of equipment characteristics, Scutcher equipment, electrical control system uses industrial touch screen monitor various parts of the motor running status, alarm information, etc., through linkage frequency speed control system to meet the equipment requirements of the various parts of the production process. The system mainly consists of industrial touch screen system (PC), PLC control system (under -bit machine), frequency control system, D/A module, A/D modules, intelligent modules, analog sensors, pressure sensors, precision displacement sensors and other components.In software design, while using the GX-Developer Version 8.8 version to develop programmable controller ladder program, the main program scutching process requirements under structural features and equipment, prepare a centralized control logic program; hand using Pro-face formation touchscreen monitor screen, real-time monitoring and display of process parameters field, combined with the drive linkage control and optimize inverter parameter settings, connection settings PLC and inverter, PLC and touch screen communicate with each other to complete the Scutcher centralized control system design.During the commissioning process, encounter problems with the site conditions gradually improve and modify PLC programs compiled, according to the workshop requires continuous improvement of industrial configuration screen and monitor settings, adjust conversion parameters, electrical control system gradually transformed into humane, intelligent, integration, visualization, automation and control. The first set of self-cleaning flowers and fourth sets put into use, reliable operation, the equipment in good working condition, adjustable parameters, easy to operate, easy to master the use of operators, electrical failure was significantly reduced; enhance product yield, quality assurance and equipment operation rate, played no small role.
