| L company as a bath gel in product development,production and sales in the integration of large-scale private enterprises,in the face of increasingly fierce market competition,consumer to product efficacy,quality has become increasingly harsh,and enterprise requires public demands fast,the quality of the new product has become a L needs urgently to improve aspect of the company,guarantee the core competence of top priority is to the new product development quality control.This article is based on new product research and development when bathing L once appear quality problem,with reference to people,machine,material,method,ring and other factors were analyzed,and thus find out the reasons for these quality problems,based on the research and development process,the quality of research,the bath products the root causes of quality accident summarized into a few problems,on the basis of L company's existing quality management system,combining with the total quality management,GLP theory and method,and the flow chart,the theory and tools such as fishbone diagram,of L company's new product current carried on the thorough analysis of the causes of quality problems,and put forward the corresponding improvement scheme and countermeasures.In the first chapter,the research background is introduced,the purpose and significance of the research are expounded according to the background,and then the research progress at home and abroad is introduced.The second chapter mainly introduces related theories.The third chapter analyzes the factors in the form of fishbone diagram and finds out the main reasons behind the problems.In chapter 4,specific analysis is made on various factors and improvement measures are proposed.Among them,optimization design is carried out on the process,and the links of project feasibility analysis,product pilot test and technology transfer are added.The increase of the pilot test can avoid the quality risk caused by the difference of equipment and other factors between the small test in laboratory and the enlarged production.The necessary verification links are added to make the connection between the r&d center and the production department orderly,with operation specifications and clear responsibilities.The link of technology transfer solves the problem of weak and irregular communication across departments.Secondly,quality control measures in the corresponding links were added,management system was integrated,raw material introduction procedures were refined,and approval procedures were strengthened.Increased the product stability index,and systematically improved the quality control level of the research and development process.Specifically,in the formulation design stage,multi-department review is proposed to ensure that the design can truly meet consumer demand,and in line with the national laws and regulations of the product.In the stage of formula small test,the use of multiple means,before the small test,strengthen the quality control of the introduction of raw materials,to ensure the quality of raw materials used,so as to improve product safety and efficacy;After small test,the product stability test index is improved.In the pilot stage,personnel training should be strengthened to promote full participation,make personnel more professional and supervision more thorough,and ensure the successful transformation of laboratory pilot test to large-scale production.In the trial production stage,introduce technology transfer procedures,set up a temporary trial production project team composed of multi-department personnel,provide organizational guarantee for the trial production,and strengthen communication between departments.Through the above improvement plan,the control of each stage of new product research and development will be personalized transformation,so that the improvement of quality control is very significant,for similar enterprises of new product quality control research and development stage also has a certain reference significance. |
