| Coal is the basic and important energy,which is the primary energy consumption accounted for more than 68 percent in China.The coal price is divided into planned coal and market coal according to specific attributes,and the government intervention in the coal industry is far greater than other commodities.At the same time,the degree of the coal industry is seriously lacking,and some information even has certain barriers.In addition,the regional characteristics of coal resource distribution make the development space of coal e-commerce platform restrained,or even restrict the development of the whole industry.A coal company is the professional Marine steam coal e-commerce comprehensive service platform designed,developed and operated by Qinhuangdao Marine coal trading market co.,LTD.The platform was officially launched in November 2018.However,due to the influence of the natural properties of coal and the characteristics of the coal industry,as well as the imperfect functions of the platform,the number of registered and trading users has been insufficient since the launch.To determine the core competitiveness of the platform has become A coal company’s e-commerce platform must face the problem.This article which takes the e-commerce platform of A coal company as the object of study.Through literature research,data collation and other research methods,the external and internal environment of the platform is analyzed,and the strategic plan suitable for the development of A platform and corresponding implementation countermeasures are designed.Firstly,based on the domestic and foreign strategic examples and the current situation of relevant management research,the relevant theories of e-commerce platform strategy are summarized to provide a basis for the theoretical research of this paper.Secondly,analyze the external and internal environment of platform A to prepare for the formulation of platform strategy.Thirdly,based on SWOT matrix,the strategic plan design and selection of platform A is carried out to determine the company’s strategic objectives.Finally,specific strategic implementation plans should be made from the aspects of building "online + offline" integrated trading mode and formulating user transformation. |
