| Along with our country’s economic development has entered the new normal,the development of Tianjin port coal wharf company also usher in some new problems,so a scientific and rigorous actual development strategy for Tianjin port coal wharf is the key to solve the problem.In this paper,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to clarify the strategic objectives to ensure the unity of quality and quantity in the process of strategic formulation.The formulation of the company’s development strategy enables the company to further integrate,upgrade and rationally allocate its own port resources,maximize the use of its own advantages and opportunities,and improve the efficiency of production and operation.Under the guidance of enterprise strategic management theory,this papermakes a targeted research on the development strategy of coal terminal company.Firstly,the external environment of Tianjin Port coal terminal is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by PEST analysis.Porter’s five forces model is used to analyze the competitive environment of coal terminal company industry,and the quantitative analysis conclusion is obtained by the external factor evaluation matrix.Secondly,in the aspect of internal environment,the port resources are analyzed first,and then the company capability is analyzed in detail,and the quantitative analysis conclusion is drawn by the internal factor evaluation matrix.Then through the overall planning of internal and external environment qualitative and quantitative analysis conclusions,through SWOT matrix comprehensive analysis of the company’s opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of the four aspects of the situation,the strategic combination of the QSPM matrix for quantitative analysis to obtain the optimal development strategy.Finally,the integrated development strategy of Tianjin Port Coal Terminal Company in the current environment is formulated,and corresponding safeguard measures are put forward. |
