| With the introduction of policies such as capacity removal,economic transformation and high-quality developing,enterprises should keep up with policies and adapt to the pace of social development,to enhance their core competitiveness.At present,facing the shortage of talents,how to attract and retain talents is the most important thing in the process of enterprise development.As an important reflection of the core competitiveness of enterprises,unique corporate culture has become an important means for enterprises to achieve transformation and high-quality development.Taking SBKY Company as an example,basing on the elaboration of the basic theory of corporate culture,this paper analyzes the current situation and development course of corporate culture construction in SBKY Company.According to the current situation of enterprises,a questionnaire survey is conducted on corporate culture construction.The enterprise culture of SBKY Company is constructed from the whole culture construction,system culture construction,safety culture construction and learning culture construction by using Quine competition model.It is found that in the corporate culture of SBKY,the employees are most satisfied with the construction of institutional culture,and there are some problems in the construction of learning culture.The main problems of the company’s corporate culture construction are lack of attention to the satisfaction degree of employees or customers,demand situation,cultural construction planning and enterprise development strategy are not integrated,neglect of the process and system of corporate culture construction,imperfect performance appraisal system in the process of corporate culture construction,and so on.In view of the existing problems,this paper constructs the optimization system of SBKY’s corporate culture construction,and puts forward that the spiritual level should implement the "three systems" elements,the institutional level should realize the "five entries" of culture,the behavioral level should fall into the "eight related cultures" and the material level should form the "five concepts" landing work system of corporate culture system,at the same time,in order to ensure the new corporate culture.Successful implementation of the system puts forward concrete safeguard measures such as strengthening propaganda measures,safeguarding cultural atmosphere,improving the organizational mechanism related to corporate culture construction,emphasizing leadership responsibility,and strengthening the assessment of corporate culture construction. |
