Based On Biological Pretreatment And Hydraulic Separation Of Domestic Garbage Resource Utilization System Research

At present,Yuanqu County produces about 200t/d of domestic waste.The municipal sanitary landfill in Yuanqu County is located in Wangmao Town,with a daily disposal capacity of 200 tons.The landfill is scheduled to be closed in 2018.Due to the difficulty of siting of the sanitary landfill in Yuanqu County at present,the domestic waste which can not be disposed of in time will cause serious pollution to the atmospheric environment,groundwater resources and urban environment of Yuanqu County.Leachate produced by municipal solid waste(MSW)is harmful to the properties and structure of soil and causes secondary pollution.At the same time,the resources in MSW can not be used effectively.The current situation of domestic waste disposal in Yuanqu County has seriously affected the economy of Yuanqu County.Sustainable development of social and ecological environment.In order to improve the ecological environment of Yuanqu County and realize the reduction,innocuity and resource of garbage disposal,the comprehensive treatment method was adopted to treat the domestic refuse in Yuanqu County.In this paper,the present situation and development trend of domestic and foreign domestic waste treatment technology are analyzed.According to the characteristics of output and composition of domestic garbage in Yuanqu County,various kinds of domestic waste treatment processes are analyzed and compared.This paper puts forward the comprehensive utilization technology of "biological enzyme liquefaction pretreatment cascade wet sorting" to treat the domestic waste in Yuanqu County.The technology includes total waste line selection and six deep processing lines,that is,magnetic separation metal block production line,anaerobic fermentation biogas production line,biogas concentrate production line,building material production line,pulp refining production line,Plastic deep processing line and RDF production line altogether sixProcessing line.Raw materials domestic waste after a series of processing,a total of six products,including metals,sand,organic fertilizer,pulp and plastics,RDF.The products of pulp,plastic and organic fertilizer are short of resources in the national market.At the same time,it will solve the dilemma of the shortage of resources in our country,protect the environment,realize the circular economy and realize the sustainable development of resources.The real realization of domestic waste disposal of resources,reduction,harmless treatment.In this paper,the resource recovery system of the comprehensive utilization project of domestic solid waste is studied,and the reference is provided for the waste disposal project.Number In addition,the comprehensive utilization project of 200t/d in Yuanqu county is studied on the engineering design of each part of MSW treatment plant,and the processflow chart and equipment list of each part are given.And carried on the investment estimate and the economic appraisal.This project provides practical technology scheme and design parameter research for the comprehensive utilization project of domestic waste in Yuanqu County,and creates conditions for the construction and implementation of the project.The comprehensive utilization and disposal of domestic garbage in Yuanqu County is helpful to the development of comprehensive utilization and treatment technology of domestic garbage resources,and is also in line with the strategic requirements of recycling economy and sustainable development of our country.It is of great significance to the ecological environment of our country.
