Research On Treatment Process And Equipment And Resource Utilization Of Decorative Construction Waste

With the rapid development of urbanization in China and the rise of construction industry,the output of decorative construction waste in urban garbage is also increasing day by day,while the demand for construction materials is still rising.Garbage-surrounded and other issues are becoming more and more serious.Production of decorative construction waste accounts for 40-50% of the total urban waste,which seriously hinders the development of the city.Under the environment of advocating green and recyclable development,reducing the production and sorting of decorative construction waste is not only the requirement of urban sanitation work,but also the inevitable requirement of green sustainable development and circular economy development in the future.On the basis of summarizing a large number of literature and investigation,this paper carries out the following research work on decorative construction waste.This paper compares the treatment and research status at home and abroad,and it analyses the progress of research work in our country and learns from foreign technologies and policies of the resource-based treatment of decorative construction waste,it analyses the basic knowledge of decorative construction waste,which puts forward the definition,composition,characteristics and environmental hazards of decorative construction waste,it analyses the current pretreatment of decorative construction waste in our country.At the same time,the relevant policies of decoration construction waste promulgated in some parts of China in the recent stage were elaborated,which compared with the laws and regulations of foreign developed countries in dealing with construction waste.Two kinds of front-end pretreatment technology of decorative construction garbage sorting are put forward in this paper with the view of the different components of domestic decorative construction waste and that combined with traditional garbage sorting and treatment technology and advanced foreign decorative construction garbage sorting and treatment technology,it is man-machine sorting-crushing screening technology and water flotation technology.It includes the selection of processing equipment used in the process,and the design of material transportation and process system structure in the process.The comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method is used to optimize the process in terms of technological advancement,technological reliability,safety and economy.The application of mobile crushing equipment in the treatment of decorative construction waste was studied,and the structure design of water flotation equipment in the process of water flotation was carried out.Different resource-based treatment technologies and approaches are put forward to different components of decorative construction waste.Combining with domestic actual waste treatment situation,this paper studies the resource-based operation mode of decorative construction waste,which included the elaboration of PPP(Public-Private Partnership)project operation mode and the introduction of the development of garbage resource industry.Relevant measures of waste disposal and suggestions are put forward to the development of decorative construction waste recycling and resource-based industry by learning from perfect conclusion of foreign countries.
