In recent years,with the support of the government,the tobacco industry has gradually achieved the strategic goal of "big enterprises,big brands,and big markets".It has continued to promote mergers and acquisitions,and has gradually formed a high concentration,stable development,long industrial chain,and industrial driving ability large and wide coverage.However,the rapid development of these years has certainly promoted the rapid development of the tobacco industry,but it has also brought more and more internal management problems.Among them,in terms of procurement management system,it mainly shows that the traditional procurement management system cannot meet the needs of enterprises,which cannot play a role in reducing costs and increasing efficiency,and need to be improved and perfected.This paper focuses on the procurement management system of CC Tobacco Company,and aimes to provide the theoretical reference and application support to CC Tobacco Company.Based on the research of he current status of the procurement management system of CC Tobacco Company,this paper analyses the problems and causes of procurement system operation from five aspects:the organizational structure,procurement process,system construction,cost control and information construction.Besides them,this paper uses the theories and methods of procurement management,procurement cost management and supply chain management,to put forward the improvement plans of procurement management system,and the countermeasures of specific problems.In order to provide safeguards for the implementation of the improvement plans and countermeasures,strengthening employee training,recruiting excellent employees,improving employees’ knowledge related to procurement management,and establishing and improving internal management systems are designed to be carried out. |
