Since the reform and opening up,China's construction industry has developed rapidly and has become a pillar industry of the national economy.In recent years,the construction industry's GDP accounted for about 6.6% of GDP.Although China's construction industry has made remarkable achievements,it is still generally in the stage of extensive development.There are many problems such as serious pollution,high energy consumption,long construction cycle,low production efficiency and low standardization.Prefabricated buildings have gradually developed rapidly in recent years.Compared with traditional construction methods,assembly-type construction production methods are more energy-saving,environmentally friendly,with a short construction period and high resource utilization,which is in line with the green building concept vigorously advocated by the state.With the vigorous development of the construction industry,construction safety issues have become increasingly significant and gradual,especially for prefabricated construction,due to the immaturity of the current equipment and technology,the construction personnel with relevant experience are scarce,further increasing the Uncertainty,so it is necessary to evaluate the safety of prefabricated construction.In this paper,the safety evaluation index system of prefabricated building construction is established from four aspects: personnel factors,process equipment and technical factors,safety management factors and environmental factors through on-site investigations and visits,and related literature specifications.Investigating the importance of each indicator by means of a questionnaire,using reliability and validity analysis to analyze the results of the questionnaire for the inherent reliability consistency and independence hypothesis analysis,and eliminating unqualified indicators,and finally get more Scientific and rational optimized index evaluation system.Based on the established safety evaluation index system for prefabricated buildings,this article uses expert judgment to judge the importance of each index,and uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index.For a prefabricated building construction site in Dalian,this article invites experts to score the various indicators of the construction site.Based on the scoring results,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the construction safety situation.The results show that the construction site has low safety risks.This is closely related to the project unit's concept and practice of strengthening management and civilized construction.Finally,combined with the experience and evaluation results of the project during the investigation,this article finally summarizes a series of suggestions and measures to improve the safety level of prefabricated construction to provide reference for subsequent construction safety.
