As a new type of green building mode of production,prefabricated construction conforms to the inherent requirement of sustainable development,which has gotten vigorously promoted recently.Prime minister Li Keqiang also makes it clear in a state council executive meeting that in order to promote the development of supply-side structural reform and the new type of urbanization comprehensively,it is essential to develop the prefabricated construction and promote the construction of industrial structure adjustment to upgrade.Prefabricated construction starts late in our country,so the research on the safety of prefabricated construction is very sparse.So it is particularly important to adopt scientific and effective model to evaluate the safety state of prefabricated construction so that we can formulate corresponding precontrol countermeasures.First of all,analyzing the main influencing factors about safety of the prefabricated building construction on the basis of reading a large number of literature.Prefabricated construction introduces many new process and technology compared with the traditional way of construction,so it is very different from the construction way on construction safety influencing factors.So it should not only include the similaritie between them,but also the differences.Investigate the importance of influencing factors in the form of questionaire,and classify the factors with the idea of dimensionality reduction,as well as denominating.This thesis establishes a prefabricated building construction safety evaluation index system,which includes three level indicators and fifteen secondary indicators.Then the author applies the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation model of prefabricated construction,and selects workers,experts and scholars with rich industrial experiences to make marks on the indicators in order to determine the corresponding weights and make checks on consistency in the hierarchy process.Then the author constructs fuzzy evaluation matrix combining the kbowledge of fuzzy mathematics,as well as using fuzzy evaluation method to make assessment on the risks of safety management.The thesis takes construction safety of prefabricated construction as the entry point,setting an objective and scientific evaluation index system with the method of combing resources and expert consultation.All of this not only enrich the theory of prefabricated construction safety management,but also provides a new thought for the healty development of prefabricated construction.It applies qualitative and quantitative research methods while combining both theories and evidences.The establishment of the evaluation model can help to evaluate the safety situation of prefabricated construction scientifically and reasonably,and then put forward some suggestions to prevent the safety risks according to the evaluation results,which has a certain practical significance.
