As one of the key parts to realize energy saving in top charging technology,charge flow regulation diagram has become one of the hot issues in blast furnace industry at home and abroad.However,in the face of complex working conditions,especially when coke ratio and raw material ratio change,coarse flow regulating valve is difficult to adjust the size of its opening in time,which will not only affect the steel output and quality,and even cause system misoperation,resulting in serious safety risks.In view of this,this paper,on the basis of fully studying the top charging technology of blast furnace,proposes an electro-hydraulic servo control system suitable for dropping into the regulating valve of burden flow,and takes improving the output of blast furnace and reducing the energy consumption of blast furnace as the starting point.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the paper introduces the structure and structure of blast furnace and puts forward a new type of bell furnace top equipment for traditional material bell furnace,and describes its process and structural characteristics in detail.The electro-hydraulic servo control system of the material flow control valve is put forward based on the description of the furnace top distribution mode and the applicability of the control of the defective liquid clothing.Combined with different working conditions,the structure and working principle of the specific hydraulic system in the electro-hydraulic servo control system of fuel flow regulating valve are expounded in detail.Secondly,in order to improve the stability and efficiency of the material flow regulating valve,an oil circuit based on electro-hydraulic servo valve is innovatively proposed and designed,aiming at the defects of the existing furnace top cloth technology,such as slow response rate,poor reliability and high energy consumption.According to the structural characteristics of the designed hydraulic system,the mathematical model of the system is established,and the transfer function of electro-hydraulic servo control of the material flow control valve is established.The transfer function and actual parameters were substituted into the MATLAB simulation software to analyze the step response characteristics of the system under the operating state and the Byrd curve,and to study the model selection basis of the main parts of the system under the actual working condition.Finally,the specific hydraulic control system and electro-hydraulic servo valve are analyzed theoretically,and the AMESim simulation model is established.According to the operation principle of the electro-hydraulic servo control system of the regulating valve of the material flow,the AMESim software is used to study the modeling and simulation of the system,and the response characteristics and output characteristics of the system are analyzed under the ideal state,which further proves the accuracy and accuracy of the specific hydraulic control system designed.The system has strong adaptive adjustment ability,good sensitivity and stability under different working conditions.The research of this paper is not only the exploration of the combination of electro-hydraulic servo control technology and material flow control,but also the expansion of top charging technology of blast furnace.In addition,this study provides important research significance for solving the problems such as low accuracy,low efficiency and serious environmental pollution in adjusting opening degree of insect material flow in current furnace top cloth technology.
