Single-rod hydraulic cylinders have many advantages, such as simpleprocessing, low cost, small footprint and increasing the working pressure. Servovalve control accuracy can be achieved μm level. Servo valve single-rod hydrauliccylinder electro-hydraulic control system has the high control accuracy, lowhysteresis, high frequency response and basically there is no dead zone. However, due to non-symmetrical cylinder import and export of valve cross-sectional area isdifferent, although efficiency could be improved, the typical nonlinear also couldbe produced by the non-symmetry of the system. Low damping, nonlinear, andtime-varying of the hydraulic system will cause some restrictions on the accuracyand real-time control of the system and result in a lot of inconvenience. Workenvironment of the servo valve is higher. The article is on the basis of the RZU Series Forging Machine of HFM to buildthe mathematical model of the Servo valve single rod electro-hydraulic controlsystem. Then using AMESim software to build a computer model of the system andmaking the simulation of all the performance of the system by computer. Itanalyzed the impact of different factors on the performance of hydraulic systems. Then based on genetic algorithms to make a PID control system. Optimizing andtuning the three parameters(Kp、KI、KD) to get the best results. At the end ofthe article, the oil pollution sources and control method is introduced and analyzed.Computer simulation method is used to analyze the impact of oil pollution andother factors on the system.
