| Manufacturing is the material subject of China’s national economy and the foundation of national industry.The mold is called the mother of the manufacturing industry,and the forming of product components in modern manufacturing almost requires the use of molds to complete.With the rapid development of the plastics industry,the requirements of products for molds are becoming higher and higher,and the requirements and demands for mold technicians are also increasing.At the same time,with the adjustment of national policies and changes in the labor and employment environment in the Pearl River Delta,how to stabilize the workforce and build a core team has become one of the main starting points for manufacturing enterprises to reduce energy consumption and increase energy.Therefore,for mold manufacturing enterprises,the training of molders has become the top priority of the company’s human resources and creating sustainable competitive advantages.The TK company located in Shenzhen is a leading global one-stop injection molding solution provider.With the advent of the Industry 4.0 era,the company needs more stable and higher-level innovative talents.Specialized research is conducted on the training of mold designers with the highest proportion of key positions in the company,the largest contribution to core competitiveness but the most difficult management,and the most difficult training organization.The thesis first summarizes the theories and basic methods of domestic and foreign scholars on the cultivation of technical talents.Then,we discussed and analyzed the attributions of serious brain drain of mold designers,imbalanced internal talent reserve,poor cross-department circulation,unclear mold designer training and positioning,and poor promotion channels.Then,on the basis of research on the training model of technical talent ladder,a questionnaire survey and in-depth analysis and discussion were conducted on TK.Finally,the thesis proposes a training plan to improve the efficiency and satisfaction of the company’s mold designers in terms of promotion channels,ability inventory and training form design.The research results of the paper show that the training program based on thecompetence of mold designers explored by TK Company makes the training content and form more in line with the actual needs of the post,and helps to improve the performance of mold designers and training satisfaction.The research of the thesis explores the talent training practice of key technical positions in manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta,provides a good reference for the design of training programs for similar companies,and jointly promotes the competitiveness of manufacturing companies in the Pearl River Delta. |
