With the rapid development of my country's economy and the continuous improvement of industrial level,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,especially the pollution of the water environment has begun to seriously affect the health of animals,plants and humans.With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the promulgation of relevant laws and regulations,my country has introduced a limit index for the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the water environment.The level of ammonia nitrogen is one of the important indicators of the degree of water pollution and "self-purification".The nitrogen salt in the water body is easy to induce eutrophication of the water body.Different forms of nitrogen compounds form water pollution through ammonia nitrogen and organic nitrogen compounds.Nitrogen participates in a variety of chemical reactions in different forms of compounds,and the final products of the reaction are converted to ammonia nitrogen.The ammonia nitrogen wastewater discharged from the soda ash industry has the characteristics of large water content,high salt content,low organic content,and difficult treatment.Therefore,the improvement and improvement of ammonia nitrogen content determination technology in wastewater is of great significance for the comprehensive treatment of water environment pollution.This paper mainly introduces the generation and purification of wastewater in soda ash industry,and lists the current detection methods of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater,and comparatively analyzes the principles,advantages and disadvantages of these methods.According to the ammonia nitrogen detection characteristics of soda ash industrial wastewater,the influencing factors of ammonia nitrogen wastewater in the determination of ammonia nitrogen(distillation-neutralization titration method)were discussed,and the results were demonstrated through multiple sets of experimental data.The study found that the distillation-neutralization titrationnational standard method has a larger data error and more influencing factors when determining the ammonia nitrogen wastewater in the Huai'an alkali plant.Therefore,based on the above experimental results,the national standard method was improved and optimized.The comparison experiment of groundwater,surface water,domestic sewage and industrial wastewater shows that when the ammonia nitrogen content in wastewater is low,the accuracy and precision of the national standard method is high;when the ammonia nitrogen content in wastewater is high,the accuracy and precision of the improved method Degree is higher.It can be seen from the comparison experiment results that the improved method is quick and easy to operate in the determination of ammonia nitrogen in soda ash industrial wastewater,without pretreatment of the water sample to be tested,and the amount of water sample to be tested is not strictly restricted by the method;The rate is high and the influence of human factors is small.The measurement range can completely cover the ammonia nitrogen content in soda ash industrial wastewater.It has been widely used in the determination of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater from Huai'an alkali plant.
