Research On Current Situation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Rural Household Garbage Treatment In Shuibian Town,Yingde City

With the China’s construction of beautiful countryside,the living standards and consumption patterns of rural residents have been greatly changed,and the amount of rural household garbage has also been increasing,and its composition has become increasingly complex,and the difficulty of classified collection and centralized treatment has been increasing.At the same time,the construction of rural household garbage treatment facilities is relatively lagging behind,and the rural household garbage management system is still not sound.In addition,the rural residents have a weak sense of environmental protection,which leads to a mountain of garbage.To solve the problem has become the primary problem in the construction of beautiful countryside.Based on the perspective of public governance theory,this paper focuses on the treatment of rural household garbage and takes the classification and centralized treatment of rural household garbage in Shuibian town,Yingde city as an example to conduct research and demonstration.In this paper,qualitative analysis and quantitative research are combined to summarize and sort out the construction of household garbage treatment facilities and intensive treatment of domestic waste through field interviews and questionnaires.In this paper,Shuibian town rural garbage management carried on the thorough investigation and analysis,this paper focuses on its in infrastructure construction,public service supply,change management system implementation,garbage disposal methods,the village committee and villagers,the role of non-profit organizations in the rural garbage management,the cognition of environmental conditions,etc,trying to identify the existing problems and the insufficiency,discuss the reasons behind,and targeted Suggestions are put forward.This paper argues that the current our country rural life to exist in the process of garbage management consciousness is not strong,the governance body single,management efficiency is low,garbage disposal facilities construction lags behind,the garbage classification system is difficult to implement,.should strengthen the classified collection processing,from the source on hardware accelerate the construction of concentrated disposal facilities,a sound system of rewards and punishments measures and levies on software,on the way to attract social forces to participate in,common governance can effectively solve the problem of rural household garbage.
