Nowadays,although domestic construction machinery enterprises are in the stage of industry recovery,the assembly and manufacturing process has many components and high assembly requirements.Most enterprises are manual assembly operation modes.The entire manufacturing system has led to an increase in occupational diseases among workers due to the lack of ergonomic applications.China’s construction machinery enterprises are currently facing many problems in on-site management,especially as the high-altitude operation platform manufacturing enterprises that have developed rapidly in recent years are also faced with a series of problems such as unbalanced assembly lines,low assembly efficiency,and assembly quality defects and labor intensity of workers.This paper takes scissor type aerial work platform assembly line of S company as the research object,analyzes and improves the current situation of low assembly line balance rate,and further introduces the concept of human factors engineering into the assembly system.On the one hand,it uses computer aided human factors engineering simulation method.The assembly system is optimized to ensure the safety,health and efficient operation of the assembly workers.On the other hand,the human reliability analysis method is used to predict the probability of human error in the assembly process,thus the assembly quality is effectively guaranteed.The main research work is as follows:(1)Through on-the-spot investigation and analysis of the current situation and problems of S company scissor aerial work platform assembly workshop;use work research to eliminate non-value-added activities in the process,standard work time calculation for optimized work content,draw work element priority map;use lingo to build The mold redistributes the assembly process,and compares the front and rear assembly lines to improve the effect.(2)The key station is selected by analyzing the assembly posture of the workers.We apply the JACK software to construct the digital human body model and the three-dimensional scene model of the key stations;and analyze the posture of the assembly work of the workers.Selecting the steering cylinder assembly process on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the physical load of the assembly line workers,MEE analysis was carried out to quantify the human fatigue operation index and supplemented by RULA analysis.Suggestions for improvement are made and theireffectiveness is verified.based on the simulation results combined with the actual situation of the production line.(3)Most of the quality defects in the assembly process of scissor type aerial work platform come from human error.The paper uses SLIM(successive likelihood method)and AHP(analytic hierarchy process)to study the unsafe behavior factor of workers.Predicting the probability of human error in the assembly process,thus discovering which behavioral factors have a greater impact on human error,and providing a basis for taking improvement and preventive measures,and proposing preventive measures for quality defects caused by human error in the actual assembly process of the enterprise,and Applied to the actual assembly process.
