Redesign Of Stock Yarns In Knitted Garments

China has been rapid growing in textile and garment industry,but the extensive economic growth mode characterized by high consumption,high emissions and low efficiency has caused great damage and pollution to the environment and resources.If the inventory yarn fails to be put into the next product development process,it will bring tons of waste and energy consumption.This thesis conducts a preliminary exploration into this issue.The research in this paper is based on a large amount of literature reading,and literature collection,reading and sorting are carried out on the aspects of production,management and unsalable transformation of inventory yarn at the present stage.It is concluded that most researches related to inventory yarn are still at the theoretical level or single-item and non-mass production transformation methods.Few on-the-spot investigations are carried out on the inventory situation of yarn factories and knitting factories,in-depth understanding of design and production processes,and analysis,sorting and classification of inventory situation are carried out in combination with the actual inventory situation of factories,or actual use of inventory yarn for design and practice.Through visiting many wool knitting enterprises of different sizes and operating modes,such as wool knitting yarn factories and knitting garment factories,and investigating the storage situation of wool knitting yarn in warehouses,the production process of knitting garment and the causes,storage and re-application of the stored yarn are effectively understood,and first-hand data of enterprise investigation are obtained.After finishing the inventory yarn of the enterprise and carrying out the weaving design experiment,the reasonable reuse method of the inventory wool knitting yarn is put forward.In addition,the creative practice of knitting clothing is carried out by using the inventory yarn that knitting enterprises that cannot continue to circulate.This topic combines the characteristics of the current actual inventory yarn,classifies the inventory yarn and designs the weaving piece experiment,explores the reasonable utilization of the inventory knitting yarn again,and avoids the waste of resources.It is hoped that this paper can provide valuable reference for the rational reuse of inventory wool knitted yarns in the future.
