Belt transportation is the main mode of production and transportation in mines.Its safe and efficient operation is the purpose of the reform of S mine belt transportation comprehensive monitoring system.By analyzing the current situation of the system,identifying the defects of the system,using system theory,cybernetics,synergetics,automatic control technology,etc.,the comprehensive monitoring system is reformed.On the basis of overall monitoring of the operation status of each equipment,the control strategy of the system is adjusted,and the reform and operation maintenance scheme is formulated to reduce the failure rate of the belt conveying system in S mine and improve the energy-saving effect of the system.The integrated monitoring system of belt transportation consists of the monitoring system of belt conveyor and the integrated monitoring platform of belt transportation.For the monitoring system of belt conveyor,there are serious problems such as starting process of heavy-duty belt conveyor,unstable driving load,lack of speed regulation function and energy waste.For the monitoring platform of belt transportation,there are some problems,such as relatively independent systems and complicated operation.Firstly,aiming at the tension of the key factors in the start-up process of the belt conveyor,the theoretical model is constructed.The traditional constant tension regulation is changed to dynamic tension regulation,so that the matching between the tension device and the working condition of the belt conveyor is more real-time.At the same time,the operation analysis system is formulated,and the tension parameters are gradually optimized after long-term operation adjustment.Secondly,according to the speed regulation function of belt conveyor,the load characteristics are analyzed and the fuzzy control theory is used to make the load more stable.At the same time,the long-term operation analysis,and gradually optimize the control parameters.Finally,the contents and channels of information transmission in each system are improved,and the network structure is optimized to provide a basis for cooperation among subsystems.At the same time,the original system-wide start-up process is systematically analyzed,and the sequential stop is replaced by synchronous start-stop,so that the control functions between subsystems can be completed automatically and quickly according to certain rules.After the system reform,the matching of belt conveyor drive and tension is closer,the matching degree between belt and drum is higher,and the system runs more stably;the application of speed regulation function makes the coal loading rate of the system greatly increased,energy saving is obvious;at the same time,the collaboration between subsystems reduces the manual participation and makes the system more efficient.
