Promoting the whole society to carry out energy conservation and consumption reduction and comprehensive utilization of resources,promoting the transformation of economic growth mode and sustainable development has become the hottest topic in my country's economic and social development today.As the main transportation equipment for coal mine production,the belt conveyor has failed to reach a stable state during actual operation due to the limitations of coal mine geological conditions and the uneven production of coal mines.When the transportation volume decreases,the belt conveyor The machine still maintains a high operating speed,which not only causes a waste of electricity produced by the coal mine,but also increases the mechanical wear of the equipment.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the energy consumption optimization control system of mine belt conveyors to reduce the production cost of coal mines and build a resource-saving and eco-friendly coal enterprise.This article takes mine belt conveyor as the research object,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the domestic and foreign research status of belt conveyor and energy-saving technology,has studied the belt conveyor energy consumption optimization control.Through the analysis of the overall structure and basic principle of the belt conveyor,the operating resistance and power of the belt conveyor are calculated,and the belt speed and coal flow are the main factors affecting the power consumption of the belt conveyor,and the principle of matching the belt speed and coal flow is studied.According to the actual production situation of coal mine site,the BP neural network energy consumption optimization model of belt conveyor coal flow,belt speed and power consumption is established,the model parameters are optimized by improved particle group algorithm,the optimal matching relationship between coal flow and belt speed is obtained,and the energy consumption optimization control of belt running speed is obtained.The fuzzy controller based on PLC is designed,which can automatically adjust the belt running speed according to the coal flow and realize the intelligent control of the belt conveyor.The hardware and software of energy consumption optimization control system of mine belt conveyor are designed.The communication connection is established between WinCC upper computer software and PLC,and the belt conveyor is controlled remotely and monitored in real time.The specific parameters in the production of a coal mine are selected to analyze the energy-saving effect of the belt conveyor.In this paper,through the study of the energy consumption optimization control system of the belt conveyor,the energy-saving and efficient operation of the belt conveyor is realized,and the mechanical wear of the equipment is reduced and its service life is extended.To a certain extent,to ensure the safety of coal mine efficient production,has a certain degree of engineering application and theoretical research value.
