In 2015,China proposed a specific outline of "Made in China 2025",which outlines the development of high-precision processing for Chinese enterprises and increases the proportion of automatic processing in the production process.Solve the problem that with the rapid development of multi-axis machining,there are fewer people in the society who can use multi-axis machining.There are very few teaching and teaching books about multi-axis machining in China,and the content of multi-axis machining linkage is rarely involved in the courses of colleges and vocational colleges.It is also impossible to train a group of multi-axis machining and research and development talents,which is a serious delay.The development and application of China's multi-axis CNC equipment after the localization.Under the tight situation of such five-axis machining technicians,in order to solve the talent requirements of current enterprises,the virtual multi-axis numerical control machining simulation system is used to simulate the real machining process,which greatly reduces the physical machining time of the machine tool and reduces collisions.Opportunity.Simulate and correct the machining program during the entire machine tool machining process to prevent parts from overcutting,tool and table interference,and even collision between the spindle and the workpiece during the actual machining process,verifying the accuracy of the program segment,In order to reduce the error rate of the processing program.In this thesis,a virtual five-axis machining center simulation platform for DMU50 is developed using VERICUT software as the development platform.The platform is applied to the teaching of multi-axis machining in secondary vocational schools,which solves the problems of lack of equipment and short training time in training students in secondary vocational schools.In the process of research,focusing on the training objectives of multi-axis machining talents,a multi-axis machining teaching course system for secondary vocational schools was established under the multi-axis airport simulation platform.1.Through the development of the curriculum ability chart,this chart on the training of multi-axis machining technicians will analyze the chart of the ability of multi-axis technicians,and finally determine the knowledge required for the various abilities required to form a multi-axis machining talent.,Write a syllabus for the multi-axis machining course.2.Set the content and goals of the multi-axis machining course that need to be completed,and study the process of multi-axis machining simulation teaching and learning.3.Differentiate into a small project under the structure of a large project,evaluate the process and results of completing each small project,and establish a systematic and reasonable evaluation system.Studies have shown that the established multi-axis machining simulation platform can provide students with a learning platform to allow students to understand multi-axis machining technology,learn multi-axis CNC machining technology,multi-axis programming basics and other knowledge and skills,and train students in high-speed,multi-axis In terms of programming capabilities,it can solve the programming and processing of high-end,multi-axis complex product parts,and provide enterprises with multi-axis processing talents.This study provides a certain research basis for the development of multi-axis machining talents in vocational schools,and provides a new way of thinking and ways to further improve the cultivation of high-skilled talents.
