| As the largest developing country,China’s economic development is still inseparable from traditional energy,and it is urgent to solve environmental and energy problems.However,China lags behind developed countries in terms of science and technology,so the task of carbon emission reduction is arduous.In the context of global carbon emission reduction and environmental protection,China,as a populous country and a major energy consumer,has the responsibility and obligation to contribute its share.However,China’s energy consumption structure is still dominated by coal,which is difficult to change in a short period of time,and the energy consumption pattern is relatively extensive.Therefore,China urgently needs to change the current unreasonable energy consumption structure.In this regard,China has vigorously promoted the building of a beautiful China through top-level design,actively advocated and practiced the principle of green development,and unswervingly pursued a low-carbon economy and sustainable development.Jiangxi province resolutely implements the national policy,the provincial capital city is the national ecological civilization pilot zone,its construction and development cannot be separated from the good energy consumption this key point,need to pay attention to the improvement of energy use efficiency,and before achieving the macro goal,implement the deployment effect,must be familiar with jiangxi province energy consumption carbon emission status.Therefore,this paper used IPCC method to calculate the carbon emissions from energy consumption in the province from 2000 to 2017,the carbon emissions from energy consumption in industries above the scale of prefecture-level cities from 2007 to 2017,and the carbon emissions from electricity consumption in prefecture-level cities from 2010 to 2017.The analysis methods of convergence,absolute pv convergence and conditional pv convergence were used to test the regional difference.LMDI factor decomposition method was adopted to analyze the influencing factors of energy consumption carbon emission in jiangxi province.The results are as follows:(1)energy consumption.Consumption: during the study period,energy consumption in jiangxi province showed an upward trend,and electricity consumption gradually played an important role in the total energy consumption.The industrial energy consumption above the scale is the largest in jiujiang and the smallest in fuzhou.Consumption structure: the energy consumption structure of the whole province and the industries above the scale is dominated by coal;The industrial energy consumption structure of each prefecture-level city is different.In the consumption sector: productive consumption is much higher than living consumption,and energy consumption in industrial production accounts for the highest proportion.(2)in terms of carbon emissions.Total emissions: from 2000 to 2017,total carbon emissions from energy consumption in jiangxi province showed a steady upward trend.In terms of carbon emission structure,the proportion of electric power is the largest and shows an increasing trend.The contribution of coal to the carbon emission of energy consumption in jiangxi province is the second,but the proportion is decreasing.Fuel oil and kerosene contribute little to overall carbon emissions from energy consumption.In terms of carbon emission,the carbon emission of productive consumption is higher than that of domestic consumption,and the contribution of industrial production to the carbon emission of energy consumption in jiangxi province occupies a leading position.Carbon emissions from electricity consumption: there are also differences in carbon emissions from different industries and different regions.Among them,the proportion of carbon emissions from electricity consumption in the industrial sector is the largest,which is larger than that of residents’ daily life,but shows a decreasing trend.In terms of regional carbon emissions,jiujiang’s industrial energy consumption accounts for the highest proportion of carbon emissions in the whole province,while fuzhou accounts for the smallest proportion.The carbon emission structure of industrial energy consumption above the scale of each region is the same as that of energy consumption.(3)convergence analysis of carbon emissions from energy consumption in industries above a certain scale in each region found that convergence,absolute accounting convergence and conditional accounting convergence existed in the carbon emission differences of each region,indicating that the carbon emission differences narrowed.(4)LMDI factor decomposition of energy consumption carbon emissions in jiangxi province shows that: changes in energy structure,output structure,output scale and population size have a positive effect on the increase of carbon emissions in jiangxi province,while energy intensity effect has a negative effect on carbon emissions.Among them,the cumulative contribution rate of changes in energy structure is the largest,and the effect of population size has the smallest driving effect on carbon emissions.According to the research results,the countermeasures and Suggestions for reducing the carbon emission of energy consumption in jiangxi province are put forward.The industrial structure of jiangxi province should be optimized and the low-carbon economy should be developed.To improve the structure of energy consumption and energy efficiency;We will improve policies on electricity consumption to lead the coordinated development of different regions. |
