China has a huge coastline of 18,000 kilometers,which is rich in oil and gas resources.With the development of economy and technology,the key work of drilling and exploitation is gradually to the ocean and the surface deep,ultra-deep exploration and development,so the drilling pump requirements are higher and higher.Therefore,the research and development of new drilling pump with high power,large displacement,high pump pressure and stable and reliable performance is very important.Known as the "heart" of the drill,the drilling pump is an important part of the drill,which provides power support for mud circulation.In order to improve the reliability and efficiency of high power and high pump pressure drilling pump,it is necessary to improve the service life of the vulnerable parts at the hydraulic end of the drilling pump.The research object of this paper is the 3500 HP high-power high-pump pressure drilling pump with the highest power at home and abroad.The main parameters of the hydraulic terminal,the structure of the high-pressure pump valve assembly and the hydraulic cylinder are studied and optimized.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Cylinder liner is a vulnerable part at the hydraulic end,and its service life directly affects the drilling cost.Cylinder liner is restricted by working environment and working mode,so its wear failure is inevitable.In this paper,the structure of the cylinder liner is designed innovatively.The assembled ceramic cylinder liner can effectively improve the material utilization rate and the service life of the cylinder liner,and save the drilling cost.Through the analysis software ANSYS Workbench to the assembled ceramic cylinder liner structure static analysis,obtained the total displacement strain,equivalent stress and main stress distribution diagram of the cylinder liner and compared with the bimetal cylinder liner,demonstrated the rationality and superiority of the assembled ceramic cylinder liner.(2)As a vulnerable part of the hydraulic end of the drilling pump,the service life of the pump valve seriously affects the efficiency of the drilling pump.In this paper,the structure of the 3500 HP drilling pump valve was designed and studied,and the gap flow field and impact characteristics of the pump valve were analyzed by FLUENT and ANSYS LS-DYNA.The gap flow field and impact characteristics of the pump valve with different cone angles 30°~90° were studied.The sealing and erosion wear of the pump valve are greatly improved by comparing the pump valve with proper cone Angle,and the working efficiency and service life of the pump valve are effectively improved.(3)The hydraulic cylinder is one of the main key parts of the drilling pump under pressure.Because of its complex internal structure,it is easy to form a stress concentrated part,and it is in direct contact with the fluid medium.In this paper,the parameters and structure of the hydraulic cylinder are optimized,so that the hydraulic cylinder can meet the requirements of high power and high pump pressure drilling pump,so as to improve the reliability and service life of the hydraulic cylinder.
