| As a kind of soft power,corporate culture is necessary for the future development of an enterprise.It is not only the spiritual power of sustainable development,but also a critial factor for enterprises keeping competitive advantages.Therefore,the construction of corporate culture can not be ignored.Liaoning Tiefa Energy Co.,Ltd.is a state-owned coal enterprise with strong comprehensive strength.In recent years,the coal industry is facing a severe market competition environment.The opening of the domestic market and a large number of coal imports have had a serious impact on the domestic coal market.The rise of new energy has also led to the relative decline of the status of coal.On the other hand,in the development process of the enterprise itself,there are also some disadvantages that can not be ignored.The enterprise culture lacks innovation and is no longer suitable for the current changing and developing economic situation.Some contents can not meet the internal needs of the enterprise to keep pace with the times and sustainable development.In the face of such industry environment and development disadvantages,Liaoning Tiefa energy company is very necessary to strengthen the optimization of its own corporate culture construction.Only in this way can it form a complete and efficient development system,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,better face the market competition,seek the soil for the survival of enterprises and seize the first opportunity of development.This paper takes Liaoning Tiefa energy company as the research object,draws lessons from the rich research theories of Chinese and foreign enterprise culture,and on this basis,investigates the current situation of enterprise culture construction of Liaoning Tiefa energy company by means of field interview and questionnaire survey,so as to explore the existing problems.Through the investigation,this paper finds that Liaoning Tiefa energy company has insufficient publicity of corporate culture and limited space for staff development in its corporate culture construction;The division of responsibilities among departments is not clear,the departmental cooperation mechanism is not perfect,and the protection of employees’ democratic rights and interests is not sufficient.After analyzing the specific problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the four levels of corporate culture,and then puts forward a detailed optimization plan,including innovating the form of corporate culture publicity and perfecting the promotion and evaluation mechanism of employees;Clarify the division of responsibilities of various departments,give play to the role of trade unions,and protect the democratic rights and interests of employees;Carry out rich cultural activities and increase capital investment in entertainment facilities.Finally,this civilization defines the optimization steps,establishes the optimization principles,and formulates a detailed guarantee mechanism for the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme.Corporate culture often runs through all links of enterprise operation and development.Designing an optimization scheme for the corporate culture construction of Liaoning Tiefa energy company will help it enhance the cohesion of employees,find the road of future development,establish clear goals and establish its own unique competitive advantage. |
