In recent years, as oil continued to be in mining, a large number of low-yielding wells have emerged in oil fields. Currently, in many low-yield wells in our country, waste of resources phenomenon taking an oil pump about "big horses pulling a handcart" often exists sometimes because of using the API specification pump. The objective of this dissertation is to change this situation and improve the efficiency of the exploitation of low-yield wells. SUCKER-ROD PUMPING SYSTEM was studied and the pump efficiency of the system wan analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the pump can effectively improve the working efficiency and reduce the investment cost of pumping well.Firstly, this paper described the working principle and operational performance characteristic, and introduced the methods and result of years of research on pump efficiency. High pressure PVT system of the stratigraphic crude oil and the oil flowing characteristics were analyzed in this paper, which provided necessary theoretical bases for the follow-up application of SIMULATION ANALYSIS.Then, operating Characteristics of the polished rod in the pumping system was mathematically analyzed, physical model of sucker rod was established, and Three-dimensional models of Sucker Rod Pumps were created. Through the analysis, AMESim simulation models of the "three pumping equipment" of various parts (pumping units, sucker rod, oil well pump) was established, and eventually the whole pumping system AMESim simulation model was created.After that, based on the AMESim simulation model, The influence of pumping parameters such as frequency of stroke,stroke of punch,viscosity,submergence,aperture ratio and ball weight was studied by using computer simulation technology and experimental design. And the order of the main parameters affecting the pump swabbing efficiency was found. The changes in the parameters swabbing the impact of changes on the pump efficiency was examined, and a series of pumping parameters and the relationship between changes in pump efficiency curve are revealed. Through simulation and analysis of test results, we can Optimization group the pumping parameters reasonably, and achieve the purpose of improving the pump efficiency.In addition, through comparison and analysis of pump efficiency of the new and traditional pump, the research drew a conclusion that the new type of pump can improve the pump efficiency, which offered some reference and gist for the pump used in the actual production.Last, in this paper, a simple calculation interface of pump efficiency was designed by using regression analysis combined with matlab design. The calculation software can calculate the pumping efficiency when different pumping parameters were combined, which greatly reduced the amount of the pump efficiency calculation.
