Based on the study of the pumping unit balance evaluation method and the degree of balance influence on pumping unit,on the basis of the research status,analyze the meaning of the pumping unit balance seriously.The balance evaluation method and evaluation standard of oil pumping unit are studied,an important factor affecting the balance of pumping unit are also analyzed.Combining with the existing evaluation methods,give the reasonable balance determination criterion and the reasonable value range of balance of common beam pumping unit as well as the chain pumping unit,which has important significance to enhance the management level of pumping unit.First of all,a pumping unit reducer torque with the corresponding relation of the input motor power is established,and a pumping unit reducer torque is given to judge the balance of pumping unit has the equivalence with input effect evaluation of instantaneous power,which lays the foundation for the balance of pumping unit theoretical analysis.Second,we give the pumping unit balance effect on the performance,which not only affects the energy consumption of the pumping unit,but also affects the working state of the pumping unit structure and the working life,then the algorithm of influence of the balance degree of the pumping unit on the working life of the main transmission parts of the pumping unit is presented.Then,a comparative analysis is made on the method of evaluating the balance of oil pumping units.According to the influence factors of pumping unit and the feasibility of test.Putting forward to use the down stroke of the motor instantaneous input peak power balance assessment of beam pumping unit,and using the average power for chain type pumping unit stroke under balance evaluation is reasonable and effective method.Then,dynamics and kinematics modeling of beam pumping unit and chain pumping unit are carried out.By analyzing the net torque curve balance the relationship between energy consumption to prove the validity of the balance principle.The further study of the indicator diagram area,at times,air lock,transmission efficiency of balance and energy consumption,the influence of the beam pumping unit and the chain type pumping unit are reasonable balance the size of the working range.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified through the test of nearly 600 equilibrium positions through 101 different operating conditions.Finally,we use MATLAB to draw the pumping unit balance analysis and adjust the software.Through inputting structure parameter and swabbing parameters of balance to calculate pumping unit balance weight position when a given equilibrium condition is reached,which is of great significance to improve the balance adjustment precision and reduce the labor intensity of the balance adjustment.
