Research On The Construction Of Intelligent Marine Island National Park

By studying the characteristics and types,access mechanisms,protection and management of Marine Island National Park,this article provides a reference for the establishment of Changshan Islands National Park and provides a scientific basis for the construction of my country’s Marine Island National Park system.Focus on studying the characteristics and access conditions of Marine Island National Park,including: distribution characteristics,feature carding,review procedures,selection and recommendation research,etc.;again,on the basis of on-site investigation to obtain data,combined with questionnaire surveys and interviews,etc.,Through the background analysis,necessity analysis,feasibility analysis and comprehensive evaluation,the implementation countermeasures for the construction of the Changshan Islands National Park were determined,its innovative strategy based on new technology was discussed,and the concept of building a smart marine island national park was finally proposed.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Access conditions,establishment procedures and management system of Marine Island National ParkThe American model,dominated by the United States and Canada,has access to science.The Marineia model,dominated by Australia and New Zealand,emphasizes more on the protection function of national parks,while European countries should consider the impact of human activities on ecological areas when choosing national parks.The national parks in Asia,represented by Japan and South Korea,mainly set access standards from the aspects of landscape features,topography and geomorphology protection.(2)The necessity and feasibility of building Changshan Islands Marine island National ParkThe case study of Dalian Changshan Islands provides a scientific basis for the construction and protection of Marineic island National Park in China.Through the analysis of questionnaire survey and yujialuo interview,this paper concludes the problems in the construction of Changshan Islands,and puts forward the necessity and feasibility of building a national park in Changshan Islands,such as carrying out franchising adapted to local characteristics,setting up ecological management and conservation posts,enriching the cultural connotation of Changshan Islands and enhancing its scientific research and education function.(3)The idea of creating an intelligent Marine island National ParkIn accordance with the basic principle of giving priority to ecological protection,we will build four functional areas of national parks,namely,core protection,ecological conservation,recreation display and traditional utilization,based on the application of emerging geographic information technologies,and meet the construction requirements of these functional areas by relying on advanced technologies.At the same time,artificial intelligence,big data and other new technologies should be closely linked with national park construction standards,protection standards,scientific research standards,education standards,recreation standards and other standards,so as to build an all-round intelligent Marine island national park standard system.
