In order to excavated the 1304N working face tunneling along the mine boundary,there is an inflection point.In order to increase the advance length of the working face,the face is converted at the inflection point.In Xinjulong Colliery,the coal seam is buried deeply and the coal seam occurrence conditions are complex.The special movement characteristics of the roof during the mining shift make it impossible for the field workers to work according to the general working face.Therefore,the mining process and the roof movement rules and the mining pressure development rules of the fully mechanized caving face with large mining height during the mining shift are studied.Firstly,by analyzing the geological conditions of the New Dragon colliery,the specific parameters such as working surface layout,orientation and coal seam occurrence conditions were determined,and the surrounding rocks of the adjusted inclined section were sampled,and their physical and mechanical parameters were tested in the laboratory after being processed into standard test blocks,which provided a basis for the determination of technical parameters of the subsequent adjusted mining.Secondly,combined with the field of coal seam occurrence conditions,numerical analyze software FLAC3D is used to establish models,to face the mining regularity of mine pressure appear during simulation,design different oblique Angle,interval parameters such as scheme,the analysis of characteristics of surrounding rock stress distribution and deformation characteristics of difference,determined the main factors influencing the working face stress distribution and deformation of surrounding rock,in order to determine reasonable adjustable inclined plan provides the basis.Then,according to the actual conditions,on the premise of guarantee the working face safe and efficient mining,through the theoretical calculation to determine the pick up/stop position,adjusting mining cutting knife number,technical parameters,such as the conveyor trajectory and determine the adjusting mining stage,adjusting mining during and after the mining operation process,making the mining face problems such as equipment fell during the period of response,at the same time for adjusting mining during mine disaster response,form reasonable adjusting mining technology,the problem of face continuous efficient propulsion.Finally,an observation station is set up in the mining section of the working face,an observation plan is made,and an observation instrument for pressure and surrounding rock deformation is installed.The hydraulic support support resistance,surrounding rock deformation and coal wall slab side conditions of the working face are measured to verify the rationality of the mining technology parameters.There are 17 tables,41 pictures,and 93 references in my article.
