Production line balance is the key factor to improve the company's production efficiency and plan the overall production and design process.On the premise of determining the production conditions,and under the reasonable arrangement of the work units that determine the pre and post production relations,the production station is designated for production,so as to achieve the balance of the production line.If the production line is unbalanced,the production cost of the enterprise will be increased,and the accumulation of semi-finished products will be increased It will also lead to production line shutdown.Compared with the general production line,the biggest advantage of mixed flow production line is that it can schedule multiple production tasks at the same time,and the original production facilities of the enterprise are basically unchanged when processing products,and the original single variety production line is fully utilized.In addition,the use of mixed flow production line improves the production efficiency of the enterprise when processing multiple products It can meet the market demand of most consumers to the greatest extent.At the company level,multiple commodity can better adapt to the market variability and improve the competitiveness of the company in the market.In the long development of manufacturing industry,the problem of production line balance has been more and more concerned by managers and relevant scholars.It includes many problems such as optimizing the efficiency of production line and improving the utilization rate of production equipment.Therefore,solving the problem of production line balance has a great role in promoting the development of manufacturing industry.This paper first makes a basic elaboration on the theoretical research of production line balance,briefly describes the current development of textile manufacturing industry,and reviews the common problems and common solutions of assembly line balance at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of the current situation of mixed flow production line in knitting workshop,the research scheme of mixed flow production line balance is establishedbased on lean production theory.According to the research of knitting workshop production line,the production balance problem of this workshop belongs to the second kind of balance problem,and according to its optimization objective,the double population genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the above problems.In addition,this paper uses Matlab software to complete the programming solution of the algorithm,and uses Flexsim simulation platform to establish simulation model to compare and analyze the load of each work station before and after the improvement of mixed flow production line.Finally,each work unit is reasonably distributed on different work stations,and the balance rate of production line is significantly improved.The results show that it is feasible to optimize the balance of mixed production line in knitting workshop.
