Taking the column production line of P company as the research object,aiming at the current insufficient production capacity of the production line and the low balance rate of the production line,combined with the actual number of 14 stations on the site,the conditions were set unchanged and the improvement was carried out in two times.For the first time to improve the use of technical means such as 5W1 H technology,human factors ergonomics,action economic principles,6S field management and continuous improvement awareness in industrial engineering thinking,the process flow of the column production line is changed under the premise that the distribution of operating elements at each station remains unchanged.,Bottleneck workstations,site management and training mechanisms,etc.,and then measured the standard time of the production line after the first improvement,which confirmed that the balance rate and production capacity of the column production line after the first improvement were all However,it is still unable to meet the order demand.The second improvement is to establish a mathematical model based on the data of the first measured standard time and the priority relationship diagram of the production process to establish a mathematical model for the optimal allocation relationship between operation elements and fixed stations,and to program the mathematical model based on genetic algorithms.The output of the optimal solution was realized on the MATLAB software.After two improvements,the balance rate of the column production line was greatly improved.Finally,the FLEXSIM simulation software was used to simulate the state of the production line after the two optimizations,and to compare and analyze the initial status of the production line.Finally,it was verified that the optimization effect after the two improvements was more significant.From the perspective of productivity,Optimization increased the theoretical annual output of the column to 26,196 units,which fully met the annual order demand of 20,000 units,and provided a way for related similar enterprises to solve the problems of low production capacity and unbalanced production lines.The paper has 56 pictures,23 tables,and 71 references.
