The Research For Municipal Waste Classification Strategy

With the development of Chinese economy and improvement of Chinese people's living standards,the municipal waste disposal problem is becoming more and more serious.In 2016 the Chinese total municipal waste has exceeded 200 million tons and was increasing at a speed of 7-9% annually in recent years.The municipal waste disposal has become one of the biggest challenges hindering the social and economic development and needs to be solved emergently.Through the analysis of municipal waste ingredients and disposal methods we conformed the necessity and importance of waste classification for disposal.We reviewed the history of urban garbage management in China,referring the successful garbage classification experience and regulation of foreign countries we proposed realizing waste classification through implement of specific garbage payment regulation.With the support of specific garbage payment regulation and automatic waste collection equipment we may achieve successful waste classification.Through digging and realizing the value of garbage data we could afford the investment of installing automatic classification equipment in large scale.In order to solve the municipal waste problem government should transform functions,supervise and regulate the quality of municipal waste disposal,come up with the policies to support and ensure the implement of specific waste payment regulation,guide and encourage company to get involved in the municipal waste disposal industry.Companies should take the opportunity to explore new model of municipal waste treatment with advanced internet technologies,big data technology and etc,probe big data values through recycling packages and complete a closed economic chain of new manufacturing,new retail and new environmental industry.The public should improve the environmental awareness,take more active actions in classification of garbage,realize the garbage classification is so important that is critical to everybody's existence and development.The government,company and citizens should work together to complete the challenging task,try to investigate a way which is suitable for China to assist urbanization,construction of ecological civilization and sustainable economic development.
