Research On Line Balance And Simulation Of Y Products Of X Company

In recent years,China's economy is changing its development mode.For manufacturing enterprises,how to find more effective development strategy in the new era is very important.In the new situation,enterprises want to have enterprise competitiveness,they need to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.Therefore,the research of production line balance is of great significance.The balance rate of production line can directly affect the production efficiency of enterprises and the utilization rate of workshop equipment.This article takes X company Y product production line as the research object,solves the actual problems of X company Y product,and achieves the research purpose of improving the production line balance rate through feasible improvement schemes.First,it introduces the current domestic and foreign research on production line balance,clarifies the research ideas,summarizes industrial engineering and production line balance related theories,and lays the foundation for the development of later work.Secondly,through the on-site understanding and analysis of the production line of the Y product production line of the research object X company,the operation time of each process is measured by the operation measurement method,the standard time is calculated,and the balance of the Y product production line is reflected by the evaluation index such as the production line balance rate.Third,use industrial engineering-related methods to improve the work flow of the Y product production line,reduce the bottleneck process time through two-hand operation analysis;combine industrial engineering methods to optimize the production line to optimize the production layout;use heuristic algorithms to optimize the workstations to obtain the least workstations for the Y product production line.Through the comprehensive application of the above two methods,the balance rate of Y product production line has been greatly improved.Finally,the application of Flexsim simulation software is used to simulate and verify the optimization plan,thus confirming the feasibility of the production line optimization plan.
