With the emergence of intelligent production and the awakening of national consciousness,China’s clothing market is undergoing industrial transformation,and the cheongsam market segment opportunities have become larger.In recent years,the production method of multi-style and small batch is gradually becoming the transformation direction of the clothing market;but at the same time,due to the relatively small market of cheongsam,its production mode is still the traditional one-piece production,which requires high worker ability and the production time is long and there are many backlogs,so it is often impossible to meet the production needs of enterprise orders.Considering the cheongsam enterprise order and the number of the same order is small,try to solve this problem by using a multi-style one-piece mixed assembly line.This paper obtains the relevant data of cheongsam production through field research,and constructs the assembly line accordingly.This paper conducts a field research on the H company producing cheongsam,and selects the three styles of cheongsam with more processes and strong representative to study the multi-style one-piece assembly line.First,recording the production time of the three styles,and dividing the process according to the relevant principles,and draw the process priority relationship diagram of the three styles.According to the above data and the principles of assembly line construction,the one flow line construction and the mixed line construction of the three cheongsam are carried out.Secondly,the genetic algorithm is used for secondary optimization of the assembly line: the optimization model of the genetic algorithm is established to determine whether each station has reached a balanced state,and the Matlab software is used to program it to complete the implementation of the algorithm,and obtain the optimized arrangement of the assembly line.Finally,using the Flexsim software to simulate the operation of the above two assembly lines,and output the vacancy rate of the processors and the backlog of semi-finished products,so as to judge which of the two methods is better;The assembly line operation status is observed to see if the assembly line can still run smoothly.The results show that the compilation efficiency of the assembly line manually programmed according to the assembly line compilation principle reaches 85.9%;the compilation efficiency of the assembly line optimized by the genetic algorithm reaches 90.2%.The backlog quantity of semi-finished products is less than the manual arrangement.In addition,the utilization rate of the processor 4 and the processor 7 was changed to a certain extent during manual arrangement,and only slightly changed at the processor 3 after optimization,and the entire assembly line is more balanced.In addition,on the basis of the smooth operation of the assembly line,when other proportions of production orders are inserted,the balance of the assembly line is not destroyed,and the backlog of semi-finished products is still in good condition.When the emergency order is inserted,the vacancy rate is only slightly increased at the processor 4 and the processor 5,the vacancy rate of the other stations is not increased,the backlog of semi-finished products remains unchanged,and the production of the emergency orders can be completed quickly.In terms of worker skill requirements,only need to recruit an ordinary sewing worker and 1 skilled nail buckle worker can meet the requirements.Therefore,the assembly line optimization model constructed by genetic algorithm can effectively meet the production requirements,and it can be used to arrange the assembly line.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the construction mode of production line for the clothing market of cheongsam.The use of multi-style one-piece assembly line production can effectively reduce the production cost of enterprises,reduce order backlog,reduce the demand of enterprises for workers,and facilitate the recruitment of enterprises.In addition,this mode of production can provide a certain reference for the future transformation of clothing production to multi-styles and small batches.
