In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,China's building energy co nsumption is increasing.Faced with the existing problems in the building,the Chinese governme nt proposed a policy related to building energy-saving transformation.At the same time,many sc holars have made corresponding research on building reconstruction technology.Therefore,the s tudy of building energy-saving technology is to achieve the building "energy-saving emission red uction," the key.In this paper,the energy consumption analysis and energy-saving reconstruction of the large-scale shopping malls in the severe cold area are conducted.A typical large-scale shopping mall building is selected as the research object by investigating and analyzing the basic situation and e nergy consumption of Shenyang large-scale shopping mall.The results show that the heat transfe r coefficient of building roof is 1.21 KW/(m2 ·?),and the heat transfer coefficient of transpare nt part is 2.98 KW/(m2 ·?),which is in line with that of Public Building Energy Conservation Design Standard.And the heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall and exterior window is the sa me.In addition,the air conditioning system of large-scale shopping mall is reduced in operation efficiency due to its long running time.In order to solve the problems in the typical large-scale shopping mall buildings,the Energy Plus simulation software was used to simulate the exterior wall,exterior window and roof of the building.The results show that the thickness of insulation layer of exterior wall has obvious effe ct on building energy consumption.The total heat load decreases with the increase of thickness o f insulation layer,and the thickness of insulation layer is 20mm in 10 years life cycle.The outer window is made of steel,the insulating glass is 12mm thick,the spacer is air,and the glass type i s colorless on-line low-E insulating glass(emissivity<2.5),Then the heat transfer coefficient and the simulation of air conditioning energy consumption are reduced,energy-saving effect is o bvious.Finally,the energy consumption of the air conditioning system was analyzed.The results show that the original air-conditioning system with all-air VAV system can be transformed into a small room and office area,with the inner wall partition area using fan coil and independent fres h air,while the large space area still adopts the whole air variable air volume system,The end is also transformed into a fan coil VAV variable air volume in the form of air.In addition to the exte rnal walls,windows,roof and air conditioning system analysis,the combination of green buildin g in the new energy-saving technologies,the lighting system is also proposed transformation pro posals.At last,the paper analyzes the change of the air conditioning load and energy consumption of the large-scale shopping mall before and after the renovation project,and analyzes the energy-saving benefits of the rebuilding scheme.
