Simulation machine of power plant is a system using computer simulation technology to train thermal power unit operators,which can simulate the scene of the operating environment relatively truly.At present,China has developed a number of simulator training systems for the thermal power unit,widely used in thermal power production and trainee teaching,and has achieved very good economic benefits.However,because of the use of private IP address and broadcast communication,many simulation training systems developed early have the low training efficiency.And for security reasons,these simulators are well encapsulated and can not be modified internally,which also making it difficult to upgrade remotely.Based on the shortcomings of centralized training of these early simulators,this paper mainly researches how to realize the remote upgrade of the simulation machine,so as to make the trainers can have simulation training loosely and autonomously,and be not subject to time and geographical constraints,improve the utilization of the simulation machine,enhance the overall training effect and ease the contradiction between the cost and time of trainees.First of all,the thesis fully introduces the research background,significance and development status at home and abroad,and shows that the goal of this paper is to carry out the remote training upgrade and reconstruction of the three simulators in the campus network under the premise that the original simulator can not be modified.Then it introduces the hardware and software structure of the simulator training system,and expounds the two communication modes of the simulator,which are client/server mode(ie C/S mode)and browser/server mode(ie B/S mode).Then,it introduces socket network communication mechanism,in which OPC communication is also introduced in the concrete application.And based on the actual network environment of campus,three kinds of general communication framework adopting virtual server mode and similar to data broadcasting are proposed.After that,it focuses on the specific communication mechanism of each training system.For example,all the calculation function of the 300 MW simulator is implemented on the server,EDPF system adopts the virtual DPU communication mechanism and Ovation DCS adopts the OPC communication mechanism.This paper proposes specific remote communication implementation program through the virtual server mode for each system and the virtual server is realized by the communication program InterServer and InterClient;Finally,the experiment is carried out with 300 MW universal simulator,the experimental results and conclusions are given.
