At present,China has formulated a series of strategic decision-making and deployment,the purpose is:to promote the energy revolution,vigorously develop clean energy,improve energy efficiency,promote energy production and change the way of using energy to optimize the entire energy use system.Among them,LNG?liquefied natural gas?because of its own physical and chemical properties of the decision it is efficient,clean,high quality environmental protection energy,can play an important role in the energy revolution.LNG Cold Energy Utilization As part of the LNG industry,this technology enhances energy efficiency and enables efficient use of energy.However,it is necessary to study and discuss the technology and the actual project again,and provide theoretical guidance for the construction of the related projects in the later period.At present,it is necessary to study the theory of LNG cold energy for cold water and air conditioning technology in China.This paper discusses how to improve the adaptability of LNG cold energy utilization and break through the objective conditions.In this paper,three kinds of processes are analyzed and evaluated from the perspectives of LNG upstream and downstream conditions,the comparison of process refrigerant,the design of process flow,the simulation and optimization of process flow and the selection of state equation.The results show that the design process can be both cold and heating process,the operation flexibility range is large,the operation and maintenance is difficult and the security is high.It has a good feasibility and innovation,and can solve the actual needs of life,LNG cold energy utilization project breakthroughs in geographical conditions,ambient temperature,floor space,power redundancy and other objective constraints to make a useful exploration,with practical significance.Compared with the traditional compression-type water,the increase of investment is 2.35 million yuan,according to the actual cost of operating income calculation,the equivalent of annual income of 950,000 yuan,converted investment recovery period of about 2.5 years,the economy is better.Can achieve significant energy-saving emission reduction effect,the initial estimate of the project annual savings of 4.6×105 kWh,equivalent to an annual savings of 55 tons of standard coal,reducing 147 tons of CO2 emissions,with good social benefits..
