In the era of knowledge economy,“people” as the carriers of knowledge have become the strategic resource of enterprise competition.It has become a decisive factor for the sustainable development of enterprises in the era of knowledge economy to invest in staff training,improve the knowledge update speed of staff and post competency under the new environment.With the gradual cognition,comprehension and application of enterprises and practitioners for training,the organizations have higher expectations for training investment returns;“effective training” has also developed into a prominent problem that draws the attention of enterprises.Facing the adverse situation of slowdown of automobile industry,most of domestic automobile enterprises invest in independent brand project and expect to cultivate new business increasing point.The layout of independent brand project in BQ Company is late and as the first independent brand project in BQ Company,D70 project also faces the shortage of technical reserve and talent ability;to seek for relative competitive advantage,it has become a top priority for the D70 project in BQ Company to improve the effectiveness of D70 project member training,speed up cultivating the ability of team members and create high talent ground for independent brand.This paper aims to construct effective model for project member training and corresponding improvement process and methods,improve the effectiveness of D70 project member training,strengthen the membership ability and team performance,improve the effectiveness project team construction and management level of project human resources and then increase the possibility of realizing the target of project.Literature research method,questionnaire method and comparative analysis method have been adopted to make scientific and systematic analysis and research on the effectiveness of D70 project member training in BQ Company.On the basis of commenting the related theory of training effectiveness,problems existed in D70 project training,such as poor correlation between training target and business income,inadequate preparation before training,not systematic teaching design,disadvantageous learning transformation promotion and inaccurate training evaluation index have been analyzed quantitatively through making research on the D70 project training effectiveness.It tries to construct effectiveness model for project training and proposes improvement strategies for improving the training effectiveness from five dimensions of defining business income,improving preparation before training,designing teaching method,promoting learning transformation and evaluating the learning results with combination of the latest research results of learning development project 6D rule and Kirkpatrick's four level evaluation and five principle etc.Finally,taking the improvement of management ability of team supervisor in D70 project as demonstration,compare and analyze the training effects before and after the implementation of the project and verify the effectiveness and feasibility of effectiveness model of project training,process and methods.In view of the periodical achievements attained from the research on the effectiveness of D70 project training in BQ Company,it has been found out that the effectiveness model of project training as well as corresponding improvement process and tools can provide valuable reference to improve the effectiveness of project member training.In addition,it fills in the blanks in the research on the effectiveness of project member training and extends the application of related theories for the effectiveness of training in the project.
