Webasto is the leading manufacturer of sunroof and heating systems in the world.Currently,there are three business units including roof system,new energy components and customized service system.Webasto(Changchun)Co.,ltd.is founded in 2002,which is the second German owned company established in China by Webasto Group,located at No.1398 Fuao road,automobile industry development zone,Changchun City,with annual capacity of 2.5 million sets and more than 800 employees.At present,the main products are car sunroof and main customers are FAW-VW,FAW Car,Beijing Benz and Brilliance BMW.With competition pressure in the market,the enterprise realizes that human resource management is the key,and training management is the top priority,training can improve employees' capability,it is one of effective ways to improve enterprise core competitiveness.Taking Webasto(Changchun)Co.,Ltd as the research object,the paper deeply studies the background and current situation of training management system.Considering the problems of the training plan unrelated with company strategy,traceability of training effect isn't effective and loss of internal knowledge and experience,analyze existing problems in current training management system,find root cause,make implementation measures and guarantee for training management system,which is theoretical and practical significant.The paper consists of four chapters,the first chapter expounds research background and significance,designs research method and content adopted in the training management system of Webasto(Changchun)Co.,Ltd.,specify the research target.The second chapter expounds current situation and existing problems in the training management system.The problems mainly embody that untargeted training plan,untracked training effect,and there isn't internal trainer team so that valuable knowledge and experience accumulation isn't delivered well.To find the reason through analysis establish the solid foundation for making effective solutions.The third chapter is the key,which expounds the overall design scheme of training management system in Webasto(Changchun)Co.,Ltd.,through developing further research on the foundation of original training system.It is from training target setting based on human resources strategy,illustrates training purpose,basic principle,main contents and design solution of training management system,and further introduce training plan making,training effectiveness evaluation and establishment of internal trainer team.In order to ensure scientific and effective implementation of the training management system,the research illustrates from theory to practice and from general frame to the details.The fourth chapter mainly introduces implementation and guarantee of training system in Webasto(Changchun)Co.,Ltd.Implementation of training management system mainly introduces training organization establishment,position responsibility setting and release of training management system.The analysis for guarantee measures is from human resources level and organization aspect.The guarantee measures of human resources level is to improve employees' capability though continuous innovate training management method.The guarantee measures of organization aspect is to ensure effective running of training management system through training organization establishment and define responsibility.In order to improve employees' capability,so as to better improve company core competitiveness and make the enterprise in an advantageous position in the fierce market competition,Webasto(Changchun)Co.,Ltd.will make a set of practical training system through analyzing current training situation,making training plan,training effectiveness evaluation and knowledge accumulation.
